You don’t have to be flexible and deeply relaxed to practice yoga; you will become flexible and deeply relaxed in the process. I will show you the appropriate techniques and help you to integrate them into your everyday life.

GROUP LESSONS

Monday 7:45–9:00 pm Hatha Flow | Men's Yoga

This class is tailored to the physical needs of men. The focus is on mobility, joint function, and counteracting the effects of athletic or sedentary lifestyles. Breathing and relaxation exercises are specifically incorporated into the practice. The central theme is the connection between physical practice and everyday life. The content is presented in a practical, clear, and training-oriented manner.

Friday 6:30–7:45 pm Hatha Flow for everyone | Weekend Transition

This class supports recovery after the work week. A calm sequence of flowing movements and static poses promotes body awareness, focus, and presence. The practice is designed to be easily accessible and adaptable, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Saturday 9:00–10:15 am Hatha Flow for everyone | Weekend Activation

The morning practice is designed to be both activating and stabilizing. Dynamic sequences and mobilizing postures support alertness, coordination, and body awareness. The goal is conscious preparation for the rest of the weekend. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Studio 201 is on the ground floor, the door is to the right of the elevator.

Please arrive ten minutes before the lesson so we can prepare and start on time.

Please bring comfortable clothing; everything else will be provided on-site. It’s harder to practice yoga on a full stomach, so it’s best not to eat anything two hours before the class.

Single lesson: CHF 38, 5-lesson subscription: CHF 180 (valid for 2 months), 10-lesson subscription: CHF 340 (valid for 4 months).Payment can be made on-site in cash or with Twint.
