SUBSCRIPTION DURATION
The 5-lesson subscription is valid for 2 months, the 10-lesson subscription is valid for 4 months. Payment is made before the class in cash or via Twint.

EXTENSIONS
In the event of illness, accident, or pregnancy, and upon presentation of a medical certificate, the subscription period can be extended. Please send a copy of the medical certificate to info@frankhesse.com. The subscription can be extended for extended trips or for professional reasons. Please request extensions in writing via info@frankhesse.com. Subsequent extensions cannot be issued.

CLASSES AND OTHER YOGA EVENTS
Classes, workshops, and other events with registration will take place with a minimum of five people. Schedules and teaching staff are subject to change. Refunds are not possible.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Participation is at your own risk. Frank Hesse and other instructors are not liable for complaints, injuries, or lost valuables.

BINDINGNESS
Private lessons: Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
Workshops: Registrations are binding. A 75% refund of the course fee will only be issued in the event of illness or accident and only upon presentation of a medical certificate up to five days before the start of the event.
