If your training is only improving your athletic abilities and not your life, you may need something else.
Then it may be time to add an element. You don’t have to be flexible and deeply relaxed to practice yoga; you will become flexible and deeply relaxed. I will show you the appropriate techniques and help you to integrate them into your training practice and your everyday life.
If you have a slight suspicion that this could be good for you, now is the right time to start. At the moment the class is still quite small. This gives me the opportunity to focus more on your basics.
I have been teaching an all-male class for seven years and know all the tricks that will help you become more flexible faster.
